Ceramics
My ceramics are in conversation with nature, dreamworld and magic. Often using a technique called sgraffito, I make pieces that celebrate the animal world or creatures I meet in dreams. Every piece is unique, practical and intended to be used every day. I occasionally bring my pottery to the Hoodland Farmers Market in Welches. Mostly because I need to clear out space so I can make more pots. I began learning ceramics about five years ago and haven’t been able to stop.
