About
I am moving through something I call, “The Great Course Correction”. For more than 20 years, I worked hard as a working mom, psychologist, therapist, supervisor and trainer in the world of trauma, relational therapy and emotion. The time came to step back, slow everything down, and think about where to go from here. What started as a six month sabbatical has turned into more than two years of hiatus. It’s been a time of healing, writing, living in the mountain forest, talking with the river, making pots, peeling back layers. My memoir, working title “Stories my legs want to tell”, is going through another big edit right now. Right behind that book is another one waiting to be written, about 60% written, an outward facing memoir about my professional life, social justice and making the world we want. I also have a collection of poems I am working on. I spend my time digging down to discover what gives Life and building on that.
